Our namesake, Raymond Turner, was born and raised in Greenville, Texas and worked on his family’s dairy farm for years until graduating from Greenville High School in 1945. 

After graduation, he attended SMU School of Banking and spent decades in the banking, building and real estate fields.

In 1973, he bought Moss Pest Control and became a Licensed Certified Pest Control Applicator. In 1974, he changed the name to Turner Pest Control and brought his sons aboard.

His son, Todd, worked for TPC in the summers during High School and college.

His son, Glenn, interned with the company in the summer of 1983 and joined the company full time after college. Glenn just celebrated 40 years with Turner Pest Control!

His son, Dwayne, and his family moved to Greenville from Houston in 1994 and he joined TPC full time. He is celebrating 29 years with the company!

Raymond’s wife, Sherry, began working as the Office Manager in 1990 and eventually handed over those duties to Glenn’s wife, Tammy, in 2005. Dwayne’s wife, Vickie, also assists with administrative and accounting duties. 

Numerous grandkids have worked summers for TPC and it continues to be fully owned and operated by the Turner - Schumann Family. Our family is proud to have eclipsed 50 years of service!
